I was wondering if anyboby has used sea tangle noodles?
I saw it at a Korean grocery store and i tried it with the directions on the package……Very interesting
I’ve made them according to the directions on the package as well. Not very tasty. My mother tells me that it’s not something you can easily make well.
I’ve tried this at a restaurant years ago with my friend. The way they made it was very delicious. The sauce they used was clear, if I recall.
The texture is so plastic-like, but it has a wonderful crunch to it. Now, if only I could find a good sauce to compliment the unusual taste of the noodle…
