hi maangchi it’s me again!i wanted to ask you if there is such food as seafood jjajangmyun. i’ve only eaten it in one particular korean restaurant in beijing and it was called korean style jiajiangmien in chinese.it has squid and shrimp and the noodles are also black.
yes, you can add seafood to your jja jang sauce. Commonly shrimp, sea cucumber, and squid are used.
