I was looking at different kinds of rice cakes and came across one that really caught my eye. Unfortunately I only narrowed it down to two things it could possibly be.
The color and way it's shaped is just very unique and stunning. I'm trying to figure out what it's name is and what the ingredients are, since it's pretty simple to make most tteok.
Hopefully this picture shows up, but it's the one in front.
From the website where you got the pic “(Seolgi ddeok and Ssamji ddeok, from the back)” So the one in the back is Seolgi ddeok the one in the front is Ssamji ddeok. This meathod was also used in the next pic.
I do wish Sue would go back to posting.
