Shabu Shabu

I’ve been craving Shabu Shabu like MAD since leaving Korea.

Now I know Shabu Shabu is not authentically Korean, but maybe you can help out?

I’m specifically looking for the Vietnamese (?) version where you eat it with the rice paper.

I’ll be forever indebted to you if you can help out :)
