I wasn’t sure where to put this, so I thought I’d ask here.
Maangchi, I love your recipes. Do you think it would be possible to put a list of side dishes that can be served with the different recipes you show us how to cook?
I know kimchi is a definite, but after that, I’m not sure what other side dishes to serve with the different dishes. I know that in Korean culture, certain side dishes go with certain meals, right? It would be helpful to know this.
Thanks!

That’s a great idea. Every time I post a new recipe, I can suggest some of side dishes that will go with the dish. Let me think about how to do it.
for example, for my most recent recipe: spicy radish soup.
I would choose,
soup, rice, kimchi, kongnamul muchim, spinach side dish, and tofu.
