Hi~ I'm going to Jeju Island for a short trip. We're staying at a pension so we'll have our own kitchen. I want to cook a couple of dishes, but the kitchen will only have pots/pans/utensils, no ingredients!!! (Except maybe cooking oil? I don't know). Does anyone have any ideas?
So far I have:
Egg Drop Soup
And maybe pre-seasoned/marinated meat that I can buy at the supermarket?
I'm worried that if I leave out ingredients from recipes they won't taste good... I don't know which ingredients are ok to leave out.
