Hi, My name is Anthony Park, living in San Francisco. I love to travel around many states. And most places don't have Soondae. They usually have frozen kinds. I know many people would be like ewww when they hear "Blood Sausage." But Soondae is different from any other country blood sausage. Soondae has many different flavor that you can really enjoy eating. I been always curious and wanted to make Soondae at home but did not know how to make them. And the restaurants and stores around here don't make them fresh, they usually have are the frozen ones. When Soondae is frozen and re-steam them, they lose that freshness taste. So I was wondering if you can introduce to us "How to make Soondae." Thanks.
