In all her recipe she uses soy sauce, but my question is what kind of soy sauce. There a lot out there from soy sauce for marinating and grilling to soup soy sauce. I bought like 3 different soy sauce and every single one taste different especially when i use them for my cooking. It gets confusing when I go to my local korean grocery store since there alot to choose from. Hope someone can help me with this.

I use sempio(샘표) jinganjang but you could use any brand of jin-ganjang. https://www.maangchi.com/ingredient/soy-sauce
