“Specific Rice Powder”

  1. I went to three different Asian markets because there is no specific Korean market close by and I could not find the frozen rice powder used to make all of the rice cake recipes. They are my favorite and I really want to make them well. I ended up by rice powder that was already thawed and sifted. Is it the same thing and will work just as well?
