I had a spicy cod fish dish that had a lot of chili pepper or paste with white radish on the bottom. It was absolutely delicious. Don’t know the name of the dish, but it looked and tasted like black cod fish, hot pepper paste or red chili powder, and radish. Can you tell me how it’s made?
It must be daegu jorim. It’s cooked with seasoning such as hot pepper flakes, garlic, soy sauce and chunks of radish. Not only daegu (cod) but other fish like mackerel, could be cooked that way. Thank you for your request!
