I made your pork steamed buns today but I substituted the filling with curry beef. They came out pretty yummy except not as pretty as yours.But, I will try again. Thank you for your lovely posts. I just love the simplicity of your cooking, like how you used a glass plate as a cover instead of some fancy cling wrap. I like the fact that you are real and that puts me at ease while I am trying to cook Korean food, which I love .
