I hope I posted this in the right place!
I’m looking for a recipe for some rice I had at a Korean friends house once. I believe it was steamed rice, mixed with toasted sesame seeds and I’m not sure what else(my guess is sesame oil or rice wine?) The rice was a bit darker than usual steamed rice, but not completely brown, a little more moist also than regularly steamed rice, and I think a little sweet, maybe fatty? It’s hard to explain. But I feel in live with it, it tasted like home. I’m not sure if my it’s something my friend made up or if it’s something Koreans eat but I would very much like to try this again ):
Any help is appreciated!
hmm well ill look for one and get back to you, my korean bff had a fan recipe that she wouldn’t give out but ill poke at her about it
