So I just bought some Kimchi from a local Asian supermarket and I’m actually not sure if it’s fully fermented yet. Actually there really isn’t any taste or sourness to it or even saltiness. So I was just wondering if it would be okay if I were to add in some more fish sauce and pepper flakes to my kimchi to make it better.
By the way I just bought it around 3 days ago and its been in the fridge for about 2 days. Should I leave it outside to let if ferment fast?
