You know those FAMOUS chicken (in a) cup food stands that serve deep fried bits of chicken with tatter tots and rice cakes!!!!
I am currently in Korea, but when i go back to the US I would miss this THE MOST! it is delicious heaven! I was hoping you can teach me how to make it!:)
