I’ve seen a style of gochujeon that is a chili pepper stuffed with meat and then fried. I think my husband would really like this dish because it’s like a Korean style chile relleno and he loves Mexican food. I’d love to see your version of this recipe.
Also, in your cheonggyeongchae doenjang-muchim video, you made fried shrimp that looked very good! I know it’s probably a very simple recipe, but could you share this one as well?
