Korean cooking forum topics
Every year, the adoption agency we used to adopt our two children has a “family picnic”. This year the meal was provided by a local Korean church. Some of the dishes they had were cucumber kimchi, kimchi, kalbi, and rice cakes. One of the dishes they served was SukJoo NaMul. It was almost gone by the time we got to the food, but I did get a taste. I was very good!
I do not see this on your blog. Is it hard to make?
sukju namul? was it mung bean sprouts? if so, i think you can prepare them the same way as soybean sprouts. maangchi’s recipe is here under the kimchi chigae instructions. (:
