    I've heard about this this in some Cuckoo rice cookers. It's a burned rice tea that's very delicious. I think I had it once at Seoul BBQ and it was very delicious.

    I THINK you might be referring to nooroongji. After you scrape out rice from the stone pot, you pour hot water on it and the left over rice creates a nice tea you can scoop and eat with your spoon.. http://img.blog.yahoo.co.kr/ybi/1/6b/16/vex71/folder/18/img_18_768_3?1245903522.jpg
