I buy a sweet pepper side dish that is coated with flour and seasoned with sesame oil and it looks like it’s steamed not fried. These. are finger like sweet peppers. Not the long Korean peppers. Thes are about 3 inches long. Do you have a recipe?
I made this recently for the first time myself with help from my friend in korea. of course she did not give me measurements! the peppers get a rinse then coated in flour (I used all purpose flour) steamed until soft. then tossed with soysauce and sesame oil sprinkle with sesame seeds. after tasting it I put a bit of crushed garlic and red pepper flakes (which her recipe did not call for.)
