sweet Yaechae Hotteok?

I decided that i’m going to be making Yaechae Hotteok as my first Korean dish! I am very excited, I was watching Manngchi’s video on how to make it and i have a question. When she was stir frying the noodles and was talking about it being salty I wanted to know how can i make it more sweet besides the sugar that she adds to it? Can i leave out the seasoning? What can i use to make it a little sweeter?
Add more sugar.
