Good Morning everyone
I arrived here in Ulsan from Scotland about 5 weeks ago, and now am settling into our appartment. I have always been a ‘from scratch’ cook, so I was looking forward to embracing South korean cuisine! I have found these pages very helpful, in that you give pictures of ingredients which I have never heard/seen before. Armed with my notepad I go off to the stores and look for them….. and use my iphone translator as backup! At present we are enjoying tofu recipes. One thing I have brought with me is my breadmaker….. and I thought I would have so much trouble sourceing bread flour, but no….. the flour I have bought is excellent!
