“Vegetarian Baek Kimchi”

  1. Hello,
    I found a recipe for Baek Kimchi, but it requires 새우젓 (saeujeot). Anyone have any ideas for a vegetarian replacement? Thank you.

  2. I would just use more salt (they are really salty) and if you wanted to add something "fishy" boil some Kombu and add the water from that.
