      I just saw that you have a cookbook coming out–congratulations! I have turned to your website many times, but as a vegetarian I am wondering how much vegetarian content will I find in the book. I understand that traditional Korean cuisine often contains meat, and I regularly purchase books that contain meat recipes if there are enough vegetable recipes–if that makes sense. I enjoy adapting recipes. If I already can make kim chi and other pickles and make a mean bi bim bap and kimchi jigae, is there more for me to discover?
