After I got married and moved away from my mother who had been cooking delicious korean food for me, I have been using your recipes as a reference for years! Every time I asked my mom how to make something she would say "go by taste", or "a little bit of this", and "a little bit of that". It was so annoying not to have measurements! I took my mom's cooking for granted, and it wasn't until I had to cook for my husband and myself how much I missed and love her cooking. But there is one thing my mom has NO idea how to cook...and that is the amazing tapioca bread that I get from the Korean bakery. Currently we don't live near a korean bakery and I crave these wonderful chewy morsels. Would you know how to make these, and if you have a recipe would you please share it?
