In the U.S., may I use pork country ribs (boneless)? I am unclear as to which cut to use, as they only tend to sell lean cuts of pork…besides bacon of course. I want to try your jjambbong.
Pork belly is fatty pork. Its the cut used for making bacon.
I use country style ribs a lot and its fine for many Korean dishes. Its easier to slice if you cut it when its partially frozen.
Great. I will try this in my jjambbong.
