Hi Maangchi, I’m a long time fan!
I live in a very Korean area of North NJ, so I never have a problem finding ingredients at the H Mart. But where do you get those beautiful, deep orange-yolk eggs I see you using on video? Are you using duck eggs or are they free range chicken eggs? Try as I might, I can’t find eggs of that quality anywhere.
