    Hi there everyone, since i started to cook Korean recepies i have been thinking of planning a Korean themed dinner party!!!!I´m having a hard time trying to choose a nice ,wine, to serve along with Korean Food. Would you help me? Thank you guys!!

    I’m not personally a fan of Asian wines in general; they tend to be really sweet. You could try some soju or Korean beer like Hite, or try a plum wine if you don’t mind sweet drinks. I hope your dinner party goes well!

    You will want to stay away from wines with high tannin levels. Carmenere from Chile goes very well with Korean meat dishes.
