“Yoogane Dak Galbi Sauce”

    I live in Korea and I love Dak Galbi (Spicy Chicken Stirfry) but the hasn't be anyone recipe I have tried that comes close to the sauce of Yoogane (a chain restaurant) I have tried many different times. I just really wonder what they add.
    The sauce is less sweet, spicier but there is something else.

    Ideas?
