Hello, I spent the last year in Seoul and I have to say one of my favorite meals ever was the clay pot roasted stuffed duck. I only had it twice while I was in Korea. Now I’m back in the U.S. and I really want to try to make this dish. I love long and challenging recipes so, I think I could do it if I can find all of the right components. Please please please make this for me!
