Here is my mini interview with Isaac and the photo of Korean dishes that he made.
1.What is your name and where do you live?
My name is Isaac, I live in Downtown Vancouver, British Columbia Canada.
2.What do you do and how many family members do you have?
I work in Enterprise/Corporate Sales. I have a big family, 3 brothers and a sister. We’re all world travelers – my sister is on tour in Europe, and my brother just came back from a trip to China and Korea.
3. How often do you cook Korean food following my recipes?
I cook one of your recipes at least 2-3 times per week. I think after some time every cook develops their own style, and for the most part I make only some slight modifications (I prefer spicier flavour). The rest of the time I use recipes from memory of what I learned while I was in Korea.

4. What are your favorite Korean dishes? Choose 3, please!
I love samgyupsal, kimchi (of course!), and all kinds of jjigae
5. What’s your best Korean dish, the one that everybody compliments you on when you make it?
I usually cook for only myself and my girlfriend, so I don’t have whole lot of feedback so far. Though I can confidently say that everyone loves it when I make hotteok (Korean sweet pancakes) and any kind of jeon.
Are you still into Korean food, as ever?
