Here is my mini interview with James and the photos of Korean dishes that he made. He was one of my first subscribers when I started posting videos to YouTube. He is a very creative person! Don’t forget to check out his website.

1. What is your name and where do you live?
My name is James and living in Nevada, US

2. What do you do and how many family members do you have?
I make fonts. I have 2 younger brothers and 1 younger sister

3. How often do you cook Korean food following my recipes?
Once every 2 weeks.

4. What are your favorite Korean dishes? Choose 3, please!
It is so hard to choose just 3! I love ddukbokkie and japchae. galbi with kimchi and rice is heaven.

jjamppong (Mixed -up noodles, meat, seafood, and vegetable soup)

yachaejeon (vegetable pancake)

5. What’s your best Korean dish, the one that everybody compliments you on when you make it?
