Here is my mini interview with Jill and the photos of Korean dishes that she made. She had been one of my silent readers before I created my Facebook page last year. She and I sometimes talk on Facebook! She is such an adorable person! Check out her mouthwatering photos of Korean dishes! I hope I can meet her someday.

1.What is your name and where do you live?
I’m Jill Ng from Singapore

2.What do you do and how many family members do you have?
I’m a web designer and work at a bank. I am also making jewelry.There are 5 people in my family including me.

3.How often do you cook Korean food following my recipes?
I don’t cook very often but when I do, it’s about 75% is korean food. I follow your recipes.
dakkangjung (sweet and crispy chicken)
doejibulgogi (stir-fried spicy pork)
japchae (glass noodles with vegetables and meat)
jjajangbap (black sauce with rice)
pasanjeok (She used mushrooms and crab sticks instead of beef and green onions)

4.What are your favorite Korean dishes? Choose 3, please
Soondubu jjigae, kimchi jjigae, and deokbokki

5.What’s your best Korean dish, the one that everybody compliments you on when you make it?
