This time our Korean Food Fan is Laifa Vos-Man from the Netherlands. The first Korean food she tried was homemade kimchi  in her friend’s house and now she’s so good at making kimchi that it’s her top dish. The good thing about being able to make good kimchi is that it allows you to make other great dishes like kimchi stew, kimchi fried rice, kimchi soup, and kimchi pancakes! I’d love to taste her kimchi someday.

Everybody really loves my homemade kimchi and my friends all enjoy to eat a complete Korean meal with lots of banchans!
