"안녕하세요 Maangchi Tried your Roll-ppang recipe. Wow very sticky dough to play with on 1st proofing. But as more proofing done, all went well. Instead of 30 mins on 2nd proofing, I did 1 hour as suggested in your note. So soft and fluffy and basically just melt in my mouth ppang texture. 감사합니다!"
