"Maangchi, I just wanted to say thank you for all your recipes. I've been watching your videos on YouTube for years! About a year ago I final decided to try to make tongbaechu-kimchi using your recipe, and have made it several time since. It is a great dish to have on hand and I've found it helpful to prevent us from eating out (some rice, and kimchi with an egg on top is one of our favorite meals). My kids don't enjoy spicy very much, but love fermented foods so we started making your white kimchi for them, they love it! Here is today's fresh batch made with the help of my two kids and husband, they volunteered! Thanks for the delicious food, and helping us make memories."
