"This was yummy, and your suggestion to eat them with pickled yellow daikon is spot-on! Adds a refreshing flavor and satisfying crunch! I think this dish would also be nice with Sauteed Fried Tofu chunks, or eggplant cubes cooked in a little soy sauce w/garlic or black bean paste (instead of sirloin, if vegetarian or mindful of cost).
