"Hi, Ive made this recipe so many times and got praised for it every time. I absolutely love it! But I have a problem :( I've recently began to eat healthier and diet, and will be substituting beef with chicken. Will the pear still be needed for the chicken? If I leave it out, will it take away the tenderness and sweetness? Also, I feel like I might need to but back the sodium and sugar levels. Is there a way I can do that and still have this dish taste good?"
