"“Chicken, Coke, high calorie! But I don’t care! Because it’s delicious!” I totally agree! The only time I absolutely have to have a Coke is with Korean fried chicken!"

"I was so inspired by your recent zoom with Michelle Zauner! I made this with .5 lb of leftover 무 that I had in the fridge and some frozen leftover flank steak. Wasn’t expecting it to be so full of flavor without fresh ingredients but it’s fantastic! I haven’t had it since I was a child- it brings back so many memories!"

"Why does the cabbage need to be blanched separately first? Is there something else besides dirt that needs to come out? If not, then wouldn’t it be the same to chop up the cabbage, rinse all the dirt out, then add it to the soup? I am a busy mom and any steps I can shorten helps me a lot, lol! Thank you for your great recipes all these years!"

"I know this is an old recipe but it’s one of my favorites! And I just discovered an amazing shortcut! I toss the washed peppers in flour on a baking sheet and then mix the rest of the ingredients and pour it on top. Then I broil it in the oven for about 3 min, turn over/toss and broil 3 min more. it seems to cook more evenly than with a pan. Also, less dishes to wash."

"Why do you throw away the water from the first 12 minutes? Isn’t that full of flavor and nutrients?"

"This turned out great with red lentil noodles! It was my first time cooking lentil noodles, and I was so surprised that they were almost as chewy as 쫄면! I only had julienned red bell pepper and 콩나물 to mix in, but it was still tasty!"
