"Literally right after you posted this video on youtube, I went to my kitchen and started boiling some eggs and mixing the sauce. It was so ironic that as I was thinking about what I'd make for dinner, I saw your new video. It worked out awesome because I made way too much kimchi last time, and its getting really sour. However, this recipe is PERFECT for that problem! =D I added photo to flickr but dunno if I did it right. I used soba noodles (buckwheat noodles) to make this, and honestly, one of the best things in awhile. My husband gave it a 9/10 rating, which is awesome coming from him. "I remember about a year ago I moved to Omaha,Ne and we have a great Asian store. They have like 10 different brands of picked radish, so I bought a couple samplers to try, and ugh. I mean no offense but pickled radish tastes like sour milk and gym socks. o.O its probably an aquired taste I'm sure, I have a Japanese friend who says the same thing about cheese and I love cheese."

"I'm in (finally) I remember coming on your website like 15 minutes after the video went up on youtube, I was sad because the post wasn't up yet. =-( but now it is so yay! =-) Obviously we all want the cookbook but I figured I would share why I want a copy: because my step son LOVES korean food. He is 11 years old, and I talk about him often in the comments with you (hes the little boy who loves the spicy fermented squid side dish!). His birthday is coming up and I know he would love a copy thats autographed. Even if you don't pick us, we still love you and will drool over your videos. Can you show us more recipes with cooked squid? My step son loves it, but I know very few recipes. Thankies!"
