"Hi Maangchi! Thank you so much for sharing this lovely recipe - I made these for the first time today but unfortunately they did not turn out as great :(. The dough became a dull yellow/grey brown colour after steaming and was really hard to knead. I followed your recipe except I used plain flour (no all purpose flour here in the UK) and olive oil. Am I doing something wrong?"
