"Hi Maangchi, just want to thank you for the recipe! I've been using your recipe for more than a year now, making multiple batches of kimchi well-loved by family and friends. We love putting it on hot rice, eating it as a side dish, cooking fried rice with it, and cooking the last bits of sour kimchi as soup. Nothing wasted and so yummy! The last round I made some with jicama and it was good too."

"Hi, i can't see the content clearly, but it seems it is fried ground shrimp in the bottle. Should avoid anything that has oil when fermenting. I use this dried shrimp (picture). Should be easy to find in asian markets."
