"Hey Maangchi and friends,
What's cooking? ;)
Considering the new name, I think it depends on the tone of the show: would you like a general name, or because you're visiting people's kitchens all over the world, perhaps a more personal ring might be a good idea.
So far, I liked "Maangchi, gabsida" best, also because new viewers might not be familiar with Korean (cuisine) at all.

"Dear Maangchi,
Yesterday I tried to make this recipe, and it turned out perfect. Thanks to your easy to follow step-by-step instructions. My guests said that they were the best steamed buns (in the Netherlands they're called bakpao) they ever had! So I am planning to make more later this week...
Thank you so much, they were delicious."
