"Hi Maangchi, I love your channel and have tried out a few recipes from your website. I'd like to ask a couple of questions about this Mandu recipe. I tried all purpose flour but the dough shrinked back when i rolled and also the mandu after cook is a bit hard though its skin is not too thick. Would you please let me know what the reasons are so I can make them better next time? Thanks Maangchi"
