"Hi, your blog is wonderful! I discovered this recipe a few days ago. I've never had Korean food before, but I'm a lover of foods from all over the world and I decided to make kimchi following your recipe. I didn't follow it exactly as I only used one head of cabbage and sort of 'winged it' with the amounts I needed for everything. I let the cabbage sit soaking in the salt in the fridge overnight, finished making the kimchi this morning, and it's sitting in the fridge. Several times today I went to the fridge just to look at it. I hope my kimchi turns out alright. Even more so I hope I like it! ;)"
