"I can't get enough of Gamjatang and this by far is the best recipe on the internet. I just have a quick question regarding the cooking method. Is there a reason why you wait until the last 30 mins of cooking before adding the sauce (hot pepper flakes, hot pepper paste..etc)? Wouldn't adding the sauce in the first stage (when you add the soy bean paste) of cooking gives the pork more flavor?"
