"Maangchi! I was so excited to make your wonderful rolls but I am allergic to regular wheat flour and attempted to use my gluten-free flour blend instead, but I don't think my flour works as well. :( Is there anyway to substitute regular flour for rice or tapioca flour and have them come out as beautiful as yours? Thank you! =^-^="
