"Hi Maangchi, I made this yesterday for a Korean/English Christmas party and it was great! The chicken was so delicious and I managed to make it spicy enough without being painful hehe. I just wondered about one thing though. There seemed to be really a lot of oil on top once it was cooked. Is that usual? Is there a way to reduce it? Thanks!"
