"My 21-YO daughter and I made this for the first time yesterday and LOVED it. I was her sous chef and she cooked. We like milder food so I kept the sauce to 2 T. of gochujang. We're Chinese so it took visiting three Chinese markets to find gochujang (14 miles away). Looking forward to trying more of your recipes. The larger bowl is for my husband who also enjoyed our dinner. Thank you."
