"Hi, I'm Regina from Malaysia I have some question about fermenting kimchi Once I have done I put in a plastic container do I have to fill up the whole container with no space or with some space on top of it? Do I need to open it up to turn it up and down during the fermenting process? How can I avoid kimchi to turn out tasting like have some gas taste? Hope to get your reply Thanks"
