"Hi Jimin, I used a slow cooker and withheld the vegetables until about 90 minutes before serving time. I finished the dish by transferring everything to a pot and sauteeing with mulyeot, sesame oil, and black pepper (as Maangchi recommends). It turned out fantastic!!!"
