"It went AMAZING Maanchi! Everyone loved it all. I spread a lot of the cooking over the week so it was pretty stress free on the day. I made whole cabbage kimchi for the first time for the meal (I usually do chopped cabbage kimchi) and we've still got some left so we're having army base stew this week. "Hi Maangchi, I'd like to start by thanking you for your fantastic recipes. Your website is amazing and inspiring and your cookbook is probably my most used over the last year. Me and my girlfriend are going to South Korea in June to just eat for two weeks! I'm making a HUGE Korean meal this weekend for my girlfriend's birthday. I want to spread some of the work over the week. I was wondering, can you make doenjang jigae one or two days in advance and reheat it on the day? Or would the tastes and flavours diminish or change greatly? I'll take some photos of the meal and share them on here."
